Sweet Treats Guide to Paris
Come take a journey with me through Paris and discover my favorite places to get desserts, pastries, coffee and Macarons in the city! I like planning my day around food so hopefully these recommendations and food porn photos will help you navigate day in a delicious way…
YO. The Raspberry tart… do it. This was a spot that I had so many people recommend to me, and for good reason. The pastries are gorgeous and just as delicious. If you are doing a macaron tour this place must be on your bucket list.
Okay, truth be told I could not tell you where I got this delicious rolled ice cream but I know it was somewhere on the Champs-Élysées.
There’s a ton of really awesome coffee and dessert carts all over the city and I thought they were for sure worth mentioning. Be sure to look out for these kinds of tasty treats!
Want some fancy chocolates and Macarons? Then this spot is for you. Everything is so perfectly executed and their packaging is so clean and beautiful. Perfect place for those who appreciate the finer things.
LA. DUR. EE. I was already a huge fan of this place here in NYC but obviously going to the birthplace of this mouthwatering establishment was going to be next level. These are one of my favorite macarons in the city, not to mention their croissants and array of other irresistible delectables. I also really love their packaging which is always gorgeous and clean and with so many beautiful, special edition boxes they are great to collect.
So this Rando spot was something that I stumbled upon while walking around the city. I felt my withdrawals from caffeine and sugar coming on so I turned into the nearest cafe I could find…and it did not disappoint. I am sure you could say this about most cafes in Paris but really I have a soft spot for this place. I had an amazing cappuccino, raspberry tart and a fresh orange juice that was out of this world. I would absolutely suggest that you add it to your list.
First of all the coffee and hot chocolate at this place is stupid good. If you’re looking for a spot to have a delicious lunch or dinner accompanied by some even more fantastic desserts, then Angelina is for you. I went here a few times while I was last in the city they also have a great little boutique to buy some great gifts to bring home for friends and family or bosses that you need to suck up to 😉
Welp…now I’m hungry.
I really hope you have a chance to try some of these awesome spots at some point and I hope this list helped you with some of your planning. Have any spots in Paris that you loveeee for desserts and macarons? Leave it in the comments below!!!
